At Fjongo Fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist with our return policy.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase must also be provided.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your package at sales@fjongo.com. Please include your order number and reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. If your return is approved, detailed instructions and a return address will be provided.
Please Note: Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with returning the item.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will work quickly to resolve the issue for you.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom orders or personalized products. If you have any questions about your specific item, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
All sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, the fastest way to proceed is to return the original item for a refund or voucher, then place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to availability and approval.
European Union 24-Hour Cooling Off Period
If your item is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 24 hours for any reason, without any justification. The item must remain in its original condition, with tags attached and in its packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds & Issuance of Vouchers
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the status of your refund. If approved, you will receive a voucher for the full value of the dress within thirty (30) days. This voucher can be used for any dress on our online store and is valid for up to one year.
Please Note: A 2% restocking fee may be deducted from the voucher amount. Any signs of wear, damage, or missing original tags will void the voucher.
Conditions for Return Shipment
- The customer is responsible for scheduling the return shipment with an express worldwide courier.
- Include the original invoice in the return package, and ensure that all customs documentation is accurately completed.

Processing Time for Refunds
Upon approval, a voucher will be issued within 30 days and sent to your email. If a refund is issued to your original payment method, please allow 10 business days for processing. If your refund has not been received after 15 business days, please contact our customer service at sales@fjongo.com.
